Sirkie Rothman is the founder of Chinuch Compass — a mother of seven, an educator, and a guide for Torah-observant parents who want a calmer, more connected home.
After navigating real parenting struggles within her own family, she discovered the Nurtured Heart Approach and experienced a deep shift in her parenting and her home. Today she helps parents integrate Torah hashkafa with practical, relationship-centered parenting frameworks.
Parent Experiences
My 13-year-old said to me last night, ‘Mommy, I’m actually a really good kid, right?’ I just held her. A few weeks ago she was telling me she was the worst kid in the family. Nothing changed except how I started seeing her — from your weekly emails.
I’ve already shared this with so many people who are amazed at the novelty of plain positivity.
Today I noticed one of my kids doing a few things that normally I would have to ask and nudge for… and she also thanked me for a few things that I did for her that would normally not have been noticed.
The most amazing part is showing the children their greatness, which I had not realized how to do on my own.
